When I finished senior high school in 2020, I decided to sign up with the Army Reserve so I might work full time to assist sustain my household economically. Last November, I deployed to Kuwait, with a month left of fall term. Thanks to the support and structure of UofM International, I had the ability to finish solid, even making the Dean’s List. I’m taking 4 classes while serving on active duty, and I’m honored to say I’ll be finishing in May.
